The tail end of the lock core part passes through the inner ring, the tail end of the lock core part is used for blocking an oil outlet of the oil tank; the outer ring surrounds the side edge of the top end of the lock core part, a key hole is formed in the top end of the lock core part, a spring bolt is arranged on the side surface of the lock core part, and the spring bolt is elastically connected with the lock core part; a clamping groove isformed in the inner surface of the inner ring, and when the spring bolt is ejected from the side surface of the lock core part, the spring bolt is clamped in the clamping groove, the lock core part and the inner ring are fixed; and when the spring bolt contracts to the side surface of the lock core part, the lock core part and the inner ring are separated; the lock core part further comprises a gland and a first spring, the gland is arranged at the top end of the lock core part, and the first spring is arranged between the gland and the tail end of the lock core part.
