The invention discloses an automatic reset switching valve and a shower device comprising the automatic reset switching valve. The automatic reset switching valve comprises a body and further comprises a switching module and a switching reset assembly which are arranged in the body. The body comprises a water inlet, a first water outlet and a second water outlet. The switching module comprises anautomatic switching valve and a pushing switching module. The automatic switching valve comprises a water passing port, a first water passing body and a second water passing body. Water flow flows towards a first or second water outlet water path after passing through the water passing port. The water outlet area of the first water outlet water path is smaller than that of the second water outletwater path. The first water passing body is located in the first water outlet water path. The second water passing body and the pushing switching module are matched and located in the second water outlet water path. During resetting, the switching reset assembly drives the switching module to reset to the state of the first water outlet water path. The automatic reset switching valve can automatically reset to the state of the first water outlet water path, and the hidden danger of mistaken showering during secondary opening can be avoided.
