The invention provides a cement vertical mill control method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the error of the outlet temperature of a vertical mill, obtaining the error of thepressure difference in the mill and obtaining the error of the cement content within a target granularity. When each error is greater than a set value, a bang-bang controller is used to perform related control, and when each error is less than or equal to the set value, a fractional order PID controller is used to perform related control. The invention aims to improve the automatic control level of cement production, so as to achieve the purposes of increasing the yield and reducing labor intensity of workers.
本发明提供一种水泥立磨控制方法及装置,所述方法包括步骤:获取立磨出口温度的误差、磨内压差的误差、以及目标粒度内水泥含量的误差;当误差大于设定值时,由bang‑bang控制器进行相关控制,当误差小于等于设定值时,由分数阶PID控制器进行相关控制。它旨在提升水泥生产的自动控制水平,以达到增产和减少工人劳动强度的目的。
