The solar cell array is providedwith a plurality of electrically connected solar cell panels, and an air heat dissipation channel is formed between a solar cell array installation platform and a backlight side of the solar cell array. The solar cell array installation platform comprises a supporting component, a transition connecting plate, a roof thermal insulation material layer and a structural sealant. According to the solarphotovoltaic roof device disclosed by the invention, traditional four-point support between the support member of the solar cell array and the solar panel of the solar cell array is changed into two-line support of an extended edge so that a contact area of the solar cell array installation platform and the solar module is larger, a stress condition of the solar cell array module is improved, anddamage hidden danger of the solar cell array module due to stress concentration is reduced.
