The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering of ceramic additives and specifically relates to an N, P and Si compound organic-inorganic composite ceramic peptizer. The peptizer is composed of the following active ingredients: a solid peptizer formed by mixing small molecular N-containing methylene phosphonate, polyacrylate, polyphosphate or/and metaphosphate, silicate(M2O.nSiO2) or/and metasilicate, or a liquid peptizer prepared from the active ingredients and water in an amount which is twice the weight of the active ingredients. The peptizer is used for ceramicslurry, and can significantly improve the defects of poor peptizing effect, low water-reducing rate, large thixotropy, poor adaptability, low yield and the like of a single inorganic peptizer.
