The invention relates to a high-entropy alloy oxycarbide toughened alumina ceramic and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, a high-entropy alloy, carbon and alumina are sintered;main elements contained in the high-entropy alloy are composed of iron, tantalum, chromium, vanadium, titanium, zirconium, niobium and silicon, and the atom percentage content of each main element isin a range of 5 to 30%; the addition amount of the high-entropy alloy is 1-15 wt% of the weight of a composition; and the addition amount of the carbon is 0.5-5 wt% of the weight of the composition. The preparation method comprises the steps that the high-entropy alloy powder, carbon powder and aluminum oxide powder are weighed and then mixed in a ball milling barrel; then the ball milling barrelis placed in a ball mill, and ball milling is conducted for at least 5 hours; then 0.5-2 wt% of a vinyl alcohol binder and 0.5-2 wt% of a polyacrylamide dispersing agent are added into the ball milling barrel, and ball milling is conducted for at least 5 hours; and after discharging, a mixture formed in the previous step is injected into a mold for compression molding, and then sintering at 1300-1900 DEG C is conducted so as to finally obtain a finished product.
本发明涉及一种高熵合金碳氧化物增韧氧化铝陶瓷及其制作方法,采用高熵合金、碳与氧化铝烧结,该高熵合金为含有的主要元素包括铁、钽、铬、钒、钛、锆、铌、硅,且每一种主要元素的原子百分含量介于5%至30%之;高熵合金添加量为组合物重量的1‑15wt%;碳添加量为组合物重量的0.5‑5wt%;制作方法为称取高熵合金、碳、氧化铝的粉末在球磨筒内进行混合,接着把球磨筒放在球磨机内进行至少5小时的球磨,然后向球磨筒中添加0.5‑2wt%乙烯醇粘结剂、0.5‑2wt%聚丙烯胺分散剂,再进行至少5小时的球磨;缷料后注入模具压制成型,然后在1300‑1900℃进行烧结,最后制得成品。
