Construction method of pervious concrete pavement
The invention relates to a construction method of a pervious concrete pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) excavating a roadbed, cleaning an excavated roadbed base, and adopting a small road roller to compact the base; (2) paving a macadam layer on the roadbed, and compacting the macadam layer on the roadbed by adopting a plate compactor; (3) erecting molds at twosides of the roadbed; (4) arranging a stirring machine on a construction site, putting raw materials forming the pervious concrete into the stirring machine according to the proportion for stirring,and carrying out discharging after uniformly stirring; (5) spraying water on the macadam layer to soak the whole macadam layer; placing a concrete material into a mold and then carrying out paving, and after uniform paving, adopting the plate compactor and the small road roller for road surface compaction; (6) cleaning the pavement and completely covering the pavement with a maintenance film for water retention and maintenance; (7) removing the maintenance film after 1-3 days of maintenance, and cutting and processing expansion joints on the pavement; (8) pressing a water source into the roadsurface by adopting water pressing machine equipment; and (9) spraying a protective agent after the pavement is completely dried.
本发明涉及一种透水混凝土路面的施工方法。包括以下步骤，(1)对路基进行开挖处理，对开挖的路基基底进行清理，采用小型压路机对基底进行压实；(2)在路基上铺设碎石层，采用平板夯将碎石层在路基上压实；(3)在路基的两侧架设模具；(4)在施工现场设置搅拌机，按照配比将构成透水混凝土的原料投入搅拌机进行拌和，搅拌均匀后出料；(5)在碎石层上喷水令整体浸湿；将混凝土料置入模具后进行摊铺，摊铺均匀后采用平板夯、小型压路机进行路面压实；(6)对路面进行清洁并完全覆盖养护薄膜进行保水养护；(7)养护1‑3天后去除养护薄膜，在路面切割加工伸缩缝；(8)采用压水机设备向路面内压入水源；(9)待路面干透后喷刷保护剂。
