The invention discloses a ground bonding garbage cleaning device which comprises a vehicle body, a movable cavity is formed in the vehicle body; the device is characterized in that: a movable groove with a downward opening is formed in the bottom wall of the vehicle body; a wall body between the top wall of the movable groove and the bottom wall of the movable cavity is slidably provided with a movable rod penetrating up and down; the movable rod extends downwards into the movable groove and is fixedly connected with a heating friction block; a transmission rack extending left and right is slidably mounted on a wall body between the right side wall of the movable groove and the left side wall of the movable cavity; and the transmission rack is provided with a collecting device for controlling reciprocating collection of waste, the collecting device comprises an inclined panel which is located in the movable groove and rotationally connected with the transmission rack, and an auxiliarylimiting sliding groove penetrating front and back is formed in the inclined panel.
