The invention relates to a limiting curved beam during bridge earthquake, and belongs to the technical field of bridge energy dissipation. The limiting curved beam comprises an operation and maintenance module and an earthquake limiting module. The operation and maintenance module comprises a suspension assembly, a boosting plug pin, a follow-up core block and a guide sliding way. The suspension assembly is used for being connected with a main beam; the suspension assembly is in contact connection with the follow-up core block through the boosting plug pin, the follow-up core block is in sliding connection with the guide sliding way, the earthquake limiting module comprises a variable cross-section curved beam arranged in the transverse bridge direction, one end of the variable cross-section curved beam is connected with the follow-up core block, the other end of the variable cross-section curved beam is connected with a connecting beam bracket, and the connecting beam bracket is connected with the main beam. Compared with the prior art, the sliding behavior stability of the limiting curved beam in the normal use state of a bridge structure is doubly guaranteed through two force transmission paths, and the controllability of the operation period is higher; curved beams which are symmetrically arranged in a crossed mode can deform to the maximum degree in the transverse direction of the bridge and also have the energy dissipation and limiting effects during earthquake.
