The invention discloses an intelligent highway concrete bridge expansion joint transition area repairing structure and a construction method thereof. The repairing structure comprises an analysis system capable of obtaining repairing data through analysis; a repairing groove; a repairing cage which is a latticed square frame formed by welding reinforcing steel bars in a criss-cross manner and is provided with at least two layers; anchor rods which are arranged on the side walls of the square frame; repair bags in the square frame; a supporting layer arranged above the repairing cage; and a surface layer which is arranged above the supporting layer, and comprises a cement mortar layer and a steel wire mesh layer arranged in the cement mortar layer. The shape of the repair bags after being filled with light concrete mortar is matched with each layer of the square frame, and anchor rods located at the two sides of the repair bags are nailed into blind holes formed in the side wall of therepair groove. Repairing data are flexibly customized according to the conditions of all bridges, so that the repairing structure is more suitable for the corresponding bridges, and the repairing structure is high in breaking strength, excellent in impact resistance and high in interface bonding strength.
本发明公开了一种智能公路混凝土桥梁伸缩缝过渡区修复结构及其施工方法,修复结构包括:能够分析得到修复数据的分析系统;修复槽;修复笼,其为由钢筋纵横交错焊接而成的网格状的不少于两层设置的方形框架;方形框架的侧壁上设置锚杆;方形框架内的修复袋在内部充满轻质混凝土砂浆后的形状与每层方形框架相适配,并将位于修复袋两侧的锚杆钉入开设于修复槽侧壁上的盲孔内;支撑层,其设置于修复笼的上方;面层,其设置于支撑层的上方,面层包括水泥砂浆层和设置于水泥砂浆层内部的钢丝网层。其依据各个桥梁的情况进行修复数据的灵活定制,使得修复结构更加适用于相应的桥梁,且修复结构抗折强度高、抗冲击性能优良,且界面粘结强度大。
