The invention discloses a buffering device of a wing gate. The buffering device comprises a buffer shaft, a swing rod electromagnet sucker seat, a knuckle bearing, a knuckle bearing seat, a compression spring, an electromagnet sucker, an electromagnet and a swing rod, and the swing rod electromagnet sucker seat is arranged on the swing rod; a limiting block is arranged at one end of the buffer shaft; the other end of the buffer shaft penetrates through a through hole of the swing rod electromagnet sucker base, and the limiting block is located in the outer side of the swing rod electromagnet sucker base. The knuckle bearing is arranged in a connecting hole of the knuckle bearing seat, and the knuckle bearing is arranged on the buffer shaft in a penetrating manner; the compression spring isarranged on the buffer shaft in a sleeving manner; the electromagnet sucker is connected to the other end of the buffer shaft, and the compression spring is pressed between the electromagnet sucker and the knuckle bearing seat. The electromagnet is arranged on the swing rod and located in the outer side of the electromagnet sucker. The device is simple in structure, stable in work, high in reliability and long in service life.
