The invention discloses an underground cable and wire laying robot. The robot structurally comprises a robot body, a fixator, moving wheels, a connecting column and a deicing cylinder. The fixator ismounted at the rear end of the robot; the four moving wheels are movably clamped with the robot body; the connecting column is fixedly connected with the robot in an embedded mode. The deicing cylinder is fixed at the front end of the connecting column; an ice layer formed on the inner wall of a pipeline can be removed through the deicing cylinder; the ice layer is scraped by a scraper; water spots on the inner wall of the pipeline are absorbed by an ice collector; therefore, the robot does not slip due to icing of the inner wall of the pipeline when moving forwards; and crushed ice scraped bythe scraper can enter an outer frame through an ice inlet, the melting speed of the crushed ice can be increased through an ice melting mechanism in the outer frame, and a movable block can be pushedto extend outwards through a pushing rod, so that the scraping mechanism can be attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, and the application range of the deicing cylinder is effectively widened.
本发明公开了一种地下电缆电线电线铺设机器人,其结构包括机器人、固定器、移动轮、衔接柱、除冰筒,固定器安装于机器人的后端位置,移动轮设有四个与机器人活动卡合,衔接柱与机器人嵌固连接,除冰筒固定于衔接柱的前端位置,通过除冰筒能够对管道内壁上结成的冰面进行去除,通过刮刀将冰面刮除,再由集冰器对管道内壁的水渍进行吸收,从而使机器人在前进时不会因管道内壁结冰而出现打滑的现象,并且刮刀刮除的碎冰能够通过进冰口进入外框内,通过外框内的融冰机构能够加快碎冰的融化速度,通过推动杆能够推动活动块向外伸展,故而使刮除机构能够与管道的内壁相贴合,有效的提高了除冰筒的使用范围。
