The invention discloses an anti-collision protection mechanism for ships at ports. The anti-collision protection mechanism comprises a main body, an extrusion ring and a buffer ring, wherein one sideof the main body is embedded with the extrusion ring near the bottom, and the buffer ring is embedded in the middle of the extrusion ring; the main body comprises protection rails and anti-collision blocks; the extrusion ring comprises a rubber ring, a constriction groove and rotating tooth marks; the buffer ring comprises a constriction block, a contraction ring, a constriction rod, a constriction shaft and a winding shaft; the constriction block comprises displacement tooth marks, the constriction rod comprises a metal hose, the constriction shaft comprises a through groove, and the windingshaft comprises a winding groove. By providing the buffer ring in the device, its resistance is increased when the buffer ring is contracted and moved under force to slow down the contraction speed ofthe extrusion ring, which makes it possible to cushion the impact thereof at the same time when the ship docks too fast.
