The invention discloses an installation method of a down-hole arc-shaped gate for a hydropower station. The installation method of the down-hole arc-shaped gate for the hydropower station comprises the following steps of when pouring concrete on the top part of an installation area, pre-embedding a bower anchor lifting lug structure; installing a bearing steel beam for connecting and fixing an articulated gate shoe assembly in the follow-up process; after assembling an oil cylinder threaded with a steel strand and an oil cylinder support, connecting with the bower anchor lifting lug structurethrough a pin shaft, placing a pump station and a control cabinet, and communicating with a hydraulic oil pipe; conveying an assembled gate leaf into a work gate lock chamber through a trolley, then lifting the gate leaf to the upper part of the lock chamber through the oil cylinder, and temporarily dead-locking; lifting a lower support arm and the articulated gate shoe assembly to be in place through the oil cylinder, and connecting the articulated gate shoe assembly and the bearing steel beam by adopting bolts; connecting an upper support arm and the articulated gate shoe assembly through bolts; and accomplishing the connection of the door leaf with the upper support arm and the lower support arm, and connecting with other accessories. According to the method provided by the invention, by adopting steel strand hydraulic lifting equipment, the aim on installing a large-scale arc-shaped gate under a narrow and small space in a cavity of the hydropower station is achieved.
本发明公开了一种水电站潜孔式弧形闸门的安装方法,包括以下步骤:在安装区域的顶部混凝土浇筑时,预埋天锚吊耳结构;安装好后续用于连接固定支铰组合件的支承钢梁;将已穿好钢绞线的油缸与油缸支架组装好后再与天锚吊耳结构通过销轴连接,安置好泵站和控制柜,连通液压油管;将拼装好的门叶通过台车运输至工作门闸室内,再通过油缸将门叶提升于闸室上方临时锁死;将下支臂和支铰组合件通过油缸提升就位,并将支铰组合件与支承钢梁采用螺栓连接;将上支臂与支铰组合件螺栓连接;完成门叶与上支臂和下支臂的连接,连接其他附件。本发明方法采用了钢绞线液压提升设备,达到了在水电站洞室内狭小空间下安装大型弧形闸门的目的。
