The invention relates to a marine spilled oil and oil-like dangerous chemical recovery method. The marine spilled oil and oil-like dangerous chemical recovery method comprises the following steps of 1) placing an oleophylic and hydrophobic oil absorbing material adsorbing spilled oil or oil-like dangerous chemicals to realize water and oil separation on the surface of the marine area spilled oil or oil-like dangerous chemical so as to control spreading of the spilled oil and the oil-like dangerous chemical on the water surface and control the harm to the water environment; and 2) salvaging theoleophylic and hydrophobic oil absorbing material floating on the water surface after adsorbing the spilled oils or oil-like dangerous chemicals. According to the marine spilled oil and oil-like dangerous chemical recovery method, by placing the oil absorbing material, the separation effect on liquid thin spilled oils and the oil-like dangerous chemicals and sea water is rapidly realized, and necessary conditions of emergency time, space and oil-water separation are realized for salvaging and recovery treatment. After the oil absorbing material is placed, light and medium spilled oil and oil-like dangerous chemical recovery efficiency can be greatly enhanced through an oil collector or an oil collection net.
