The method includes the following steps that stones are thrown to packing sedimentation, wherein rubbles and rock blocks forcedly extrude soft soil to form throw filling bodies; drainage consolidation is carried out, wherein a gravel layer is laidon the throw filling bodies, a pre-pressing effect is achieved, and by means of good permeability of holes between the rubbles and the rock blocks, in combination with intra-pit open drainage and extra-pit deep well pump drainage, foundation drainage consolidation is promoted; and reinforced cushion construction is carried out, wherein multiple reinforced cushions made of geosynthetic materials are laid, the stress field and the strain field of a foundation are changed, and drainage construction is carried out in time every time one section is constructed. The method has the beneficial effectsthat the construction period is short, the cost is low, and the treatment effect is good.
