Pile foundation protection pile and construction method
A pile foundation protection pile comprises a pile protection rod, a concrete base and a reinforcement cage. The reinforcement cage adopts a rectangular structure with two ends open and is verticallyburied in a protection pile pit around the concrete base, and the concrete base is arranged in the reinforcement cage. The reinforcement cage is formed by binding main reinforcements and stirrups through binding wires. A V-shaped steel bar is arranged between every two adjacent main reinforcements. One section of each V-shaped steel bar is bound and fixed to the reinforcement cage through bindingwires, and the other section extends obliquely upward to make contact with the side wall of the pile protection pit. A pile foundation protection pile construction method comprises the steps of (1) prefabrication of the protection pile; (2) binding of the reinforcement cage; (3) protection pile pit excavation; (4) backfilling of fine sand; (5) installing of the reinforcement cage; (6) installing of the concrete base; and (7) tamping after soil body backfilling. According to the pile foundation protection pile and the construction method, the stability of the protection pile is improved, and the instability of the protection pile is avoided. Meanwhile, high stability in the scene with frequent mechanical and manual activities is ensured, and favorable conditions for the pile foundation construction are provided.
一种桩基护桩,包括护桩杆和混凝土基座,还包括钢筋笼,钢筋笼采用两端开口的矩形体结构,钢筋笼竖直埋设在混凝土基座四周的护桩坑内,混凝土基座设置在钢筋笼内;钢筋笼由主筋和箍筋通过扎丝绑扎而成,相邻两根主筋之间还设有“V”形钢筋,“V”形钢筋其中一段通过扎丝绑扎固定在钢筋笼上,另一段倾斜向上延伸至与护桩坑侧壁接触。桩基护桩施工方法包括:1)护桩预制;2)绑扎钢筋笼;3)护桩坑开挖;4)回填细砂;5)安装钢筋笼;6)安装混凝土基座;7)回填土体后夯实。采用上述结构和方法,可提升护桩稳定性,避免护桩发生倾斜失稳的情况,同时也能够在机械、人工活动较为频繁的现场保证较高的稳定性,为桩基础施工提供有利条件。
