The invention provides a parking protective system and an excavator, and relates to the technical field of engineering machine. A reversing valve is arranged between a primary oil path and a parking oil path; one end of the primary oil path is connected to an oil pump, and the other end of the primary oil path communicates with an oil inlet of the reversing valve; one end of the parking oil path is connected to a parking device, and the other end of the parking oil path communicates with a working oil port of the revering valve; one end of a travelling oil path communicates with the working oil port of the reversing valve, and the other end of the travelling oil path communicates with an oil inlet of the control valve; while the reversing valve is in a first state, the primary oil path, the parking oil path and the travelling oil path are disconnected for enabling a parking device to be in a brake state; oil pressure cannot be established in the oil inlet of the control valve, i.e., oil in the primary oil path cannot be fed into the control valve, so that a vehicle cannot travel as oil pressure is not established even the control valve is in a travelling state; and through a way ofcompletely cutting off pressure oil output of the control valve from source, a condition that a brake structure is damaged by travelling during parking is avoided.
本发明提供一种驻车保护系统和挖掘机,涉及工程机械技术领域,在主油路和驻车油路之间设置有换向阀,主油路的一端用于连接油泵、另一端与换向阀的进油口连通,驻车油路的一端用于连接驻车装置、另一端与换向阀的工作油口连通;行走油路的一端与换向阀的工作油口连通、另一端与控制阀的进油口连通;换向阀处于第一状态时,主油路与驻车油路和行走油路断开以使驻车装置处于制动状态,此时由于控制阀的进油口无法建立油压,即主油路中的油液无法给入控制阀,因此,即使控制阀处于行走状态,由于没有油压的建立,车辆也无法行走,通过从源头上完全切断控制阀的压力油液输出的方式,避免在驻车时行车导致制动结构受损。
