The invention provides an intelligent pedestal pan capable of outputting constant-flow cleaning water. The intelligent pedestal pan comprises: a water storage unit, which acquires tap water and adoptstap water as the cleaning water for storage; an instant heater, which is used for heating the cleaning water; a booster pump, which is used for pressurizing the cleaning water and supplying the cleaning water to a cleaning function assembly; a flow sensor, which is used for detecting the flow of the cleaning water output by the booster pump and feeding back flow information to a control unit; thecontrol unit, which controls the rotation speed of the booster pump so as to control the flow of the cleaning water supplied to the cleaning function assembly; and the cleaning function assembly, which is provided with a spray rod and outputs cleaning water through the spray rod. The control unit acquires the rotating speed of the booster pump by measuring the flow data and according to a rotating speed-flow corresponding relation, flow feedback is brought into a link of rotating speed closed-loop control, and the cost is reduced while the product reliability is maintained.
