The invention provides a waterway control mechanism, which comprises: a control component, wherein the control component comprises an end cover, and a first bouncing assembly, a second bouncing assembly and a back pressure control assembly which are movably arranged in the end cover; a button component arranged on one side of the end cover and arranged on a toilet lid rear shell in a penetrating mode, wherein the button component comprises a first button and a second button arranged on the first button in a sleeving mode; a water passing component arranged at the other end of the end cover, wherein the first bouncing assembly and the back pressure control assembly are linked by pressing the first button so as to control the water passing component to feed water or stop water to achieve a hip washing or bidet washing function, and the second button is pressed to enable the second bouncing assembly and the back pressure control assembly to be linked so as to control the water passing component to feed water or stop water to achieve a bidet or hip washing function; and a flow adjusting component, wherein one end of the flow adjusting component penetrates through a second through holein the end cover and is connected with the water passing component, and the other end of the flow adjusting component is connected with the second button in an engaged mode.
