The invention discloses an assembling type supporting-free frame structure which comprises a plurality of prefabricated concrete columns, a plurality of prefabricated concrete main beams, a pluralityof prefabricated concrete secondary beams and a plurality of prefabricated concrete plates, wherein the side wall of each prefabricated concrete column is provided with a plurality of steel brackets;the plurality of prefabricated concrete main beams are placed on the prefabricated concrete columns through the steel brackets; the side wall of each prefabricated concrete main beam is provided witha first connecting element; the end surface of each prefabricated concrete secondary beam is provided with a second connecting element; each first connecting element and the corresponding second connecting element are connected to enable the corresponding prefabricated concrete secondary beam to be connected between two adjacent concrete main beams; and the two ends of each prefabricated concreteplate are placed on the top ends of the corresponding prefabricated concrete secondary beams. The prefabricated concrete main beams of the assembling type supporting-free frame structure are directlyinstalled and positioned through the steel brackets, the prefabricated concrete main beams and the prefabricated concrete secondary beams are connected through the connecting elements so as to realizea supporting-free system, and construction time and manpower cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种装配式免支撑框架结构,包括:若干预制混凝土柱、若干预制混凝土主梁、若干预制混凝土次梁、若干预制混凝土板;所述预制混凝土柱的侧壁设置有若干钢牛腿,所述预制混凝土主梁通过所述钢牛腿搁置在所述预制混凝土柱上;所述预制混凝土主梁的侧壁设置有第一连接件,所述预制混凝土次梁的端面设置有第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件连接,以使所述预制混凝土次梁连接于相邻的两根所述预制混凝土主梁之间;所述预制混凝土板的两端分别搁置在所述预制混凝土次梁的顶端。本发明的预制混凝土主梁直接通过钢牛腿进行安装定位,预制混凝土主、次梁通过连接件实现连接,实现了免支撑系统,节省了施工时间和人力成本。
