The invention discloses a construction method of a prefabricated laminated slab cast-in-place reinforcing system. The method comprises the following steps that S1, prefabricated laminated slabs are manufactured, and nuts are pre-buried in the bottoms of the prefabricated laminated slabs at intervals; S2, the prefabricated laminated slabs are hoisted and fixed, and the distance between the nuts corresponding to the adjacent prefabricated laminated slabs is smaller than or equal to 600 mm; S3, a horizontal back arris is fixed to the bottom face of a bottom form; and S4, the upper surface of thebottom form is tightly attached to the bottoms of the prefabricated laminated slabs. According to the method, a steel bar protective layer of a cast-in-place structure between the two prefabricated laminated slabs is effectively ensured to be qualified, form expansion and grout leakage are avoided, the concrete construction quality is ensured, the cost is effectively saved, unnecessary repair is avoided, the impression is good, and the stability is high.
