The roof water accumulation prevention structure comprises aroof, a drainage mechanism, a precipitation mechanism, a filtering mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a blocking mechanism, a driving mechanism, a reset mechanism and a parapet wall; when accumulatedwater appears on the roof, the accumulated water flows into the drainage mechanism, impurities on the surface of the water are left on the surface of the filtering mechanism, the water flows downwardsinto the driving mechanism, the medium weight of the driving mechanism is increased, the driving mechanism drives the filtering mechanism to turn over on the side wall of the reset mechanism, the impurities on the side wall of the filtering mechanism flow into the precipitation mechanism, the driving mechanism turns over to reduce the weight along with the downward movement of the driving mechanism, and the reset mechanism drives the filtering mechanism to reversely reset; and when the filtering mechanism is blocked or the drainage mechanism cannot drain accumulated water on the roof in time,the water is accumulated on the drainage mechanism, water is drained into the precipitation mechanism, the water penetrates through the precipitation mechanism and the connecting mechanism to enter the drainage mechanism, and drainage of the roof water is accelerated.
