The invention relates to a connecting structure of an attachment type lifting scaffold and an outer wall. The connecting structure comprises a plurality of wall attachment joints corresponding to different facades on an outer wall respectively, and the structure of each wall attachment joint at least comprises an attachment support connected with a roller carrier on a scaffold body, and a connecting assembly which is mounted on the attachment support and is used for being connected with the wall body; and corresponding to the different facades, the attachment supports comprise vertical supports and horizontal supports, and each connecting assembly comprises a wall penetrating bolt and a fixing nut matched with the wall penetrating bolt. According to the connecting structure, the corresponding wall attachment joint structures are provided for the different facades on the outer wall, on one hand, due to the different connecting modes, the facades of complex buildings are reasonably connected with the attachment type lifting scaffold, and then construction convenience and safety are guaranteed; and on the other hand, the types of embedded parts and prefabricated parts are reduced, theuniversality is improved, then convenience is provided for later on-site assembly and material turnover processes, and meanwhile, the construction precision is improved.
