The invention discloses a semi-fixed type mobile house. The semi-fixed type mobile house comprises a house-shaped frame, a cooling fan, a hot air fan, a storage battery, a connecting rod, light-transmitting glass, a heat insulation film, a plurality of LED lamps and solar tiles. A closable door is formed in the front face of the house-shaped frame. The solar tiles cover one inclined face of the top of the house-shaped frame. The light-transmitting glass is installed on the four side faces and the other inclined face of the top. The heat insulation film is attached to the surface of the light-transmitting glass. The connecting rod is arranged in the center of the house-shaped frame. A circuit is arranged in the connecting rod. The bottom of the connecting rod communicates with the storage battery through the circuit. The top of the connecting rod is sequentially connected with the hot fan and the cooling fan. A shielding component is arranged outside the cooling fan. The LED lamps are arranged on the top of the house-shaped frame. According to the semi-fixed type mobile house, the operation of all facilities can be achieved without being in contact with external power, the assemblyis easy and fast, and convenience can be brought to the public to the maximum extent.
