The invention relates to a clutch structure and a window opener with the same. The window opener with the clutch structure comprises installation boxes, a power device, an angle detection module, a transmission structure, a driven shaft, a timing belt, a connection structure, and a temperature and humidity detection module, an air quality detection module, a main controller, an electrical connection of the main controller, the temperature and humidity detection module, the angle detection module and the power device. The installation boxes are fixed on the left and right sides of a window bodyframe. The power device and the clutch structure are installed in one installation box. A hollow shaft of the clutch structure is connected with an output shaft of the power device. The angle detection module is uniformly arranged on a shell around the center of a cavity. The transmission structure comprises two pulleys. One pulley is fixed on the connection shaft of the clutch structure in a sleeved mode. The driven shaft is erected in the installation box. The end of the driven shaft is connected with the other pulley. The two pulleys are connected through the timing belt. The connection structure is used to connect the timing belt and the inner frame of the window. The clutch structure and the window opener with the same can perform window opening and closing operations in time throughthe combination of manual and intelligent window opening, reduces electricity consumption costs, and make the opening and closing window operations more precise.
