The invention provides a grouting pipe joint and grouting equipment, and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering grouting. The joint comprises a joint main body, an adjusting mechanism and a locking mechanism; and a connecting channel between a grouting pump and a grouting pipe is established through the joint main body, the grouting pipe is sleeved with the locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism is located in the adjusting mechanism. According to the joint, when the adjusting mechanism moves relative to the joint main body, the locking mechanism can be driven to be tightly attached to the grouting pipe, so that the position of the grouting pipe is locked through the linkage effect between the adjusting mechanism and the locking mechanism; the grouting pipe can beprevented from being disengaged from the joint main body in the mode that the locking mechanism is connected with the grouting pipe in a clamped mode, so that the problems that in the prior art, whenthe grouting pipe is in threaded connection with the grouting pipe joint, a grouting pipe thread is prone to being damaged during grouting pipe hitting construction, so that connecting cannot be carried out, and during welding connection, the construction is inconvenient, the efficiency is low, the repeated use cannot be achieved, and waste exists are solved; and the grouting construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种注浆管接头及注浆设备,涉及岩土工程注浆的技术领域,包括接头主体、调节机构和锁定机构;利用接头主体建立对注浆泵与注浆管之间的连接通道,通过锁定机构套设于注浆管的外部,锁定机构位于调节机构内,当调节机构相对于接头主体移动,能够带动锁定机构与注浆管紧密贴合,从而利用调节机构和锁定机构的联动作用锁定注浆管的位置,通过锁定机构与注浆管卡接的方式能够阻止注浆管从接头主体内脱出,缓解了现有技术中存在的注浆管与注浆管接头丝扣连接时,注浆管在击入施工时容易造成注浆管丝扣损坏而无法连接,以及焊接连接时,存在施工不便效率低下、无法重复使用存在浪费的技术问题;提高了注浆施工的效率。
