The invention relates to a secondary cracking method for rock. The problems that at present, the rock is cracked through explosive, consequently the risk is high, and the environmental friendliness ispoor are solved. The secondary cracking method for rock includes the following steps that S1, the drilling positions and the number of drilled holes in the rock are set, one drilled hole is formed inthe rock and is arranged from the surface of the rock towards the gravity center of the rock, and the distance between the bottom of the drilled hole and the gravity center of the rock is 40-60 cm inthe extending direction of the drilled hole; S2, a hole opening device is installed in each drilled hole, and then the drilled holes are filled with water; S3, an energy converter is connected with an impulse power driving source; then the energy converter is put in the drilled hole; and S4, the impulse power driving source is started to perform electric discharge on the energy converter, the impact waves generated by the energy converter crack the rock, that is, secondary cracking of the rock is finished, and the strength of the impact waves is 265-279 MPa.
本发明涉及一种石块二次破裂方法,以解决目前使用炸药来破裂石块存在危险性高、环保性差的问题。该石块二次破裂方法,包括以下步骤;S1,设定石块上的钻孔位置及数量,在石块上打出钻孔,所述钻孔的数量为一个,钻孔从石块的表面向石块的重心方向开设,且在钻孔延伸方向上钻孔的底部超过石块重心的距离为40‑60cm;S2,在每一个钻孔安装孔口装置,然后在钻孔内注满水;S3,将能量转换器与脉冲功率驱动源连接;然后将能量转换器放置在所述钻孔中;S4,启动脉冲功率驱动源向能量转换器放电,能量转换器产生的冲击波将石块破裂,也即完成石块的二次破裂,所述冲击波的强度为265‑279MPa。
