The device includes a shell that is hollow, and an opening is formed in the upper end of the shell; a plurality of hollow soil sample placement cylinders with openings in the upper ends and a hollow cleaning cylinder with an opening in the upper end are arranged in the shell; the shell is respectively connected with the soil sample placement cylinders and the cleaning cylinder through a limiting mechanism, the top of the cleaning cylinder penetrates through the shell and extends outwards,and the bottom of the cleaning cylinder is fixedly connected with the inner bottom of the shell. According to the invention, through the cooperation of a power supply device, an electric hydraulic rod, a controller and a lifting plate, the height of the lifting plate can be adjusted according to needs, so that a soil sample in a corresponding soil sample placement cylinder is conveniently taken out; according to the invention, through the cooperation of the cover plate, the fixing cylinder and the cylinder cover, the effect that the cylinder cover is detachably installed on the cover plate isachieved, the function of covering the fixing cylinder conveniently when a soil sample does not need to be taken out is achieved, and the soil sample is prevented from being polluted.
