The embodiment of the invention discloses a wood fiber composite wallboard for a fabricated building and a preparation method of the wood fiber composite wallboard. The composite wallboard comprises an inner board layer, an interlayer, an outer board layer and a support frame, wherein a contact surface between the interlayer and the inner board layer forms a plane, a contact surface between the interlayer and the outer board layer forms a wavy surface, and a plurality of water absorption bumps are also convexly formed in the interlayer; and the interlayer at least contains a wood fiber material. The preparation method comprises the steps of placing the support frame in a mold; pouring concrete into the mold; after a pressing plate is adopted to press an outer board green body, carrying outsteam pre-curing on the outer board green body for 0.5-1 h under the condition that the temperature is 40-50 DEG C; pouring a material for preparing the interlayer into the surface of the outer boardgreen body and then carrying out compression molding; and pouring concrete to the surface of the interlayer until the concrete is preliminarily formed in the mold, and then conducting concrete curing, so that the wood fiber composite wallboard for the fabricated building is obtained. The effects of water seepage prevention and good temperature difference resistance are achieved.
本发明实施例公开了一种装配式建筑用木质纤维复合墙板及其制备方法,复合墙板包括内板层、夹层和外板层,以及支撑架;夹层和内板层之间的接触面形成为平面,夹层和外板层之间的接触面形成为波浪面,且夹层中还凸出形成有多个吸水凸块;夹层中至少含有木质纤维材料。制备方法包括将支撑架放置于模具中;向模具中浇筑混凝土;采用压制板在外板雏体上压制后,置于温度为40‑50℃的条件下蒸汽预养护0.5‑1h;向外板雏体表面浇入用于制备夹层的材料后模压成型;向夹层的表面浇筑混凝土至在模具中初步成型后进行混凝土养护,得到装配式建筑用木质纤维复合墙板。实现了防渗水、耐温差性能良好的效果。
