The material is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 100 parts of cement, 100-120 parts of fine aggregate, 10-20 parts of a mineral admixture, 0.2-0.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.4 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 parts of a retarder,2-4 parts of chopped basalt fibers and 30-35 parts of water. The basalt fibers are doped into the cement-based grouting material by optimizing the proportion, so that the mechanical property of the cement-based grouting material is improved, and the service life of the cement-based grouting material is prolonged.
