Road construction method
The invention discloses a road construction method, which comprises the steps of S1, leveling a site to form a roadbed; S2, laying a cushion layer, and conducting precipitation treatment; S3, laying alayer of asphalt mixture on the cushion layer; and S4, compacting the road through rolling equipment. The modified asphalt mixture is adopted, after the modified asphalt mixture is compacted, the porosity of the modified asphalt mixture reaches 23.1%, and a good pavement drainage effect is achieved. Meanwhile, after the asphalt is modified, the main physical properties, including softening point,ductility and needle penetration, of the asphalt foundation are improved. The problem that the pavement is easy to deform due to high porosity is well solved at the same time.
本发明公开了一种道路施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1场地平整处理,形成路基;S2铺设垫层与降水处理;S3在垫层上铺设一层沥青混合料;S4通过碾压设备将道路压实。采用了改性沥青混合料,将改性沥青混合料压实后,其孔隙率达到23.1%,具有良好的路面排水效果。同时沥青经过改性后,改善了沥青基础的主要物理性能,包括软化点、延展性、针入度。同时很好的解决了由于孔隙率大,带来路面容易变形问题。
