The inhaul cable looseness preventing device comprises a force application assembly, a movable assembly, a fixed assembly and an elastic assembly, wherein the force application assembly is connected with an inhaul cable anchor head; the movable assembly is connected with the force application assembly; the fixing assembly is connected with a fixed object with a fixed spatial position; the elastic assembly is arranged between the movable assembly and the fixed assembly, and under the action of stretching elastic force of the elastic assembly, relative displacement can be generated between the movable assembly and the fixed assembly to drive the force application assembly to move so as to apply tension to the inhaul cable anchor head. According to the technical scheme, when an inhaul cable is in a loose state, a pressurespring applies elastic force to the movable assembly to enable the movable assembly to generate displacement, that is, the force application assembly is synchronously driven to move, so that tension is applied to the inhaul cable, loose deformation of the inhaul cable can be eliminated through the tension, internal force of the inhaul cable is kept not to be greatly reduced any more, and the purpose of preventing the inhaul cable from loosening is achieved.
