The beneficial effects of the invention are that lateral baffles are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the slideway, the tail end of the jacking device is propped against the lateral baffles, stable support can be providedfor the jacking device so as to push the pushing mechanism forwards, a connecting lug of the jacking device is rotationally connected with the telescopic end of the main hydraulic cylinder through a pin shaft, a cylinder barrel lug plate of the main hydraulic cylinder is rotationally connected with a connecting seat on the pushing mechanism through a pin shaft, the inclination angle of the main hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted along with the pushing distance in the pushing process so as to ensure that horizontal thrust can be provided, the center line of the slideway coincides with the center line of a track beam, the horizontal thrust resisting and guiding effects are achieved in the sliding process, the side baffles are connected with the track beam and the channel steel through double-faced fillet weld welding, the connection is firmer, and pushing counter force with the maximum value of 125KN can be borne.
本发明公开了一种顶推走行系统,包括滑道、顶紧装置、主液压缸和推移机构。本发明的有益效果是:侧向挡板呈对称状设置在滑道的两侧,且顶紧装置的尾端抵在侧向挡板上,能够对顶紧装置提供稳定的支撑,以便于向前推进推移机构,顶紧装置的连接耳通过销轴与主液压缸的伸缩端进行转动连接,且主液压缸的缸筒耳板通过销轴与推移机构上的连接座呈转动连接,在推进过程中,使主液压缸可随着推移的距离进行倾斜角度的调整,以确保能够提供水平推力,滑道的中心线与轨道梁的中心线重合,滑移过程中起到抵抗水平推力及导向作用,侧向挡板与轨道梁以及槽钢的连接采用双面角焊缝焊接连接,使连接的更为牢固,能够承受最大值为125KN的顶推反力。
