The devicecomprises a driving shaft, sliding rail plates, rolling bearings, connecting rods and a driven shaft, wherein one end of the driving shaft is connected with a driver, the other end of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting rod and forms a right angle with the axial direction of the driving shaft, the tail end of the connecting rod is coupled with the rolling bearing, the sliding rail plate is provided with a sliding groove, the rolling bearing is arranged in the sliding groove, one end of the driven shaft is fixed with the sliding rail plate and forms a right angle with theaxial direction, and the other end of the driven shaft is connected with a barrier gate rod. According to the invention, the triangle mechanics principle is utilized, the sliding groove, the connecting rod and the rolling bearing form an equilateral variable-angle triangle geometric structure, and a set of practical forward and reverse rotation transmission device with a self-locking function issimply realized.
