The machine comprises a tractor and a snow conveying table device, a tractor chassis suspension support is arranged on thefront side of the tractor, and the tractor chassis suspension support supports the snow conveying table device through a snow table hydraulic oil cylinder; a longitudinal conveying trough is formed inthe left side of the tractor and is connected with the tractor through a longitudinal conveying trough lower support; the front end of the longitudinal conveying trough is hinged to the snow conveying table device, the rear end of the longitudinal conveying trough is connected with a transverse conveying trough, and the lower portion of the transverse conveying trough is arranged on the tractor through a transverse conveying trough supporting frame; and a main transmission mechanism is arranged at the front part of the tractor and is used for connecting the tractor with the snow conveying platform device. The multifunctional snow removing and loading machine is low in cost and high in efficiency, the high-horsepower tractor is used as power to reduce the use cost and greatly increase thesnow removing and loading efficiency, an existing loader and an existing wind power snow loading machine can be replaced for operation, and manual snow loading can be replaced.
