The invention discloses a high-speed highway slope reinforcement and drainage device. the device comprises a drainage mechanism, a reinforcement mechanism, a water storage mechanism and a protection mechanism, wherein the drainage mechanism comprises longitudinal drainage ditches and transverse drainage ditches which are connected with each other; the reinforcement mechanism comprises water-proofgeotextile, a fixed net and an anchor rod, the fixed net is laid below a side slope and an arc-shaped groove, the waterproof geotextile is laid under the fixed net, the anchor rod is screwed into theside slope, and the turnup of the anchor rod is clamped on the fixed net; the water storage mechanism comprises a plurality of water storage pipes and a water guide plate arranged at the edge of the top surface of the side slope along the length extension direction of the side slope; and the protection mechanism comprises a plurality of isosceles triangle-shaped partition bricks which are arrangedon the fixed net between every two adjacent longitudinal drainage ditches and of which a plurality of cross sections are open at the lower ends and planting soil filled among the partition bricks; the side wall of each longitudinal drainage ditch is provided with a drainage opening in lap joint with the partition bricks, and vegetation is planted in the planting soil. According to the device, thetransformation is carried out on the existing side slope, so that the side slope after transformation is firmer, the drainage performance is good, and the road environment is beautified.
