The cracks between the sections of the pipe gallery can beautomatically monitored and early warned, and crack monitoring data can be transmitted to a cloud platform in real time for display and data analysis; the principle that three points determine a planeis utilized, a prediction method of the full-section crack condition of the pipe gallery based on three-point test data is established, and the problem that the crack condition of the whole section cannot be reflected due to insufficient test points is effectively avoided; and in addition, the maximum crack position and the crack width of the maximum crack can be predicted according to the crackdistribution condition of the whole section, then the distribution of the maximum crack width along the axis is determined, the maximum crack width and the corresponding position can be solved according to the distribution function, and the core is solving of a unitary multiple equation.
本发明公开了一种装配式管廊节间裂缝监测及最大裂缝宽度预测方法,能够对管廊节间裂缝进行自动化监测与预警,实现裂缝监测数据实时传输到云平台进行展示和数据分析;利用三点确定一个平面的原理,建立了基于三点测试数据的管廊全断面裂缝情况的预测方法,有效避免由于测试点不足而无法反映整个截面裂缝情况的问题,此外能够根据整个截面的裂缝分布情况能够预测最大裂缝位置及其裂缝宽度,进而确定最大裂缝宽度沿轴线的分布,根据分布函数能够求出最大的裂缝宽度和对应的位置,核心是在于一元多次方程的求解。
