The invention discloses a river bottom garbage collecting and classifying device. The river bottom garbage collecting and classifying device comprises a machine body and a propeller arranged at the tail part of the machine body, wherein a detector is arranged at the bottom wall of the machine body; the detector can detect the position of garbage; a collecting cavity is arranged in the machine body; a feeding hole communicating with the outside is formed in the left end of the collecting cavity; a collecting transmission cavity positioned at the rear side of the collecting cavity is arranged inthe machine body; a collecting mechanism is arranged in the collecting transmission cavity, and the collecting mechanism can collect garbage in water; and a water pump is arranged in the collecting cavity and can pump water entering the collecting cavity. With the river bottom garbage collecting and classifying device, garbage at the river bottom can be automatically collected and classified andrecovered; and compared with a common river bottom garbage treatment device, the river bottom garbage collecting and classifying device can be adjusted according to own gravity, the buoyancy of the device is increased by generating gas, then the device can be maintained at a certain position, and prevented from sinking due to collection of too much garbage, and the garbage collecting efficiency isimproved.
