The invention discloses a port channel dredging device and a method thereof, which belong to the technical field of dredging clearing devices. In order to solve the problems that an existing dredgingdevice is greater in size, and cannot be mounted on a smaller boat to realize movable dredging, the invention discloses the following scheme: the port channel dredging device comprises a base, whereinthe top of the base is rotatably equipped with a supporting column; a rotary disc fixedly sleeves the supporting column; the top of the supporting column is fixedly equipped with a top rod; the top of the top rod is fixedly equipped with a motor; a first through hole is formed in the top rod; a fixed tube is fixedly mounted in the first through hole; and a threaded slot is formed in the inner wall of the fixed tube. According to the port channel dredging device disclosed by the invention, the motor controls a lifting column to ascend and descend, so that an excavator bucket is controlled to ascend and descend; a gas pump controls opening and closing of the excavator bucket, so that excavation of sludge is realized with a simpler structure; and a rolling ball and a fixed cushion are matched, so that rotation and fixation of the supporting column are more convenient and labor-saving, and therefore, the whole device can be suitable for being mounted on a smaller boat for use.

本发明公开了一种港口航道清淤装置及其方法。本发明属于淤泥清理装置技术领域。针对现有的清淤装置由于体积较大，无法安装在较小的船舶上实现移动清淤的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括底座，所述底座的顶部转动安装有支撑柱，支撑柱上固定套设有转盘，支撑柱的顶部固定安装有顶杆，所述顶杆的顶部固定安装有电机，顶杆上开设有第一通孔，第一通孔内固定安装有固定管，固定管的内壁上开设有螺纹槽，本发明中，通过电机控制升降柱升降，进而控制挖斗升降，通过气泵控制挖斗的打开和关闭，使得以较简单的结构实现淤泥的挖取，且通过滚珠和固定垫的配合，使得支撑柱的转动和固定更加方便省力，使整个装置能够适用于安装在较小的船舶上使用。
