The device comprises a disinfection box and further comprises a water inlet pipeline, a liquid outletpipe, a control unit and a connecting piece, the water inlet pipeline is connected with the disinfection box to input water, the control unit is installed in the disinfection box to control the mixingof the water and chemicals, and the liquid outlet pipe is connected with the disinfection box to output the mixed chemicals; and one end of the connecting piece is connected to the liquid outlet pipe, and the other end of the connecting piece is used for being connected with a drainage pipe in series for sterilization and disinfection. On the basis that the structure of an existing drainage device is not changed, the sterilization and disinfection functions are added, the installation is very convenient, and the popularization is convenient.
