The invention discloses a repairable functional gradient type energy consumption connecting device and a beam column joint. The energy consumption connecting device comprises a first connecting piece,a second connecting piece, a pin shaft, energy consumption plates and an end plate; the first connecting piece is fixed on the end plate, the second connecting piece is fixed on a column body, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected through the pin shaft to form a rotating hinge, and the rotating hinge is clamped between the two energy consumption plates; and oneends of the energy consumption plates are provided with first connecting holes for connecting with a beam, and the other ends of the energy consumption plates are provided with second connecting holesfor connecting with the second connecting piece. According to the energy consumption connecting device, pressure is borne by the beam under normal load, deformation and energy consumption required during an earthquake are borne by the energy consumption plates, a stressed structure is more clear, and the energy consumption connecting device has better energy consumption performance in applicationso as to consume energy generated by earthquake; and greater elastic deformation can be generated to adapt to the deformation requirements required for multiple earthquakes.
