The invention relates to a fireproof enclosure and a fireproof structure of a shock insulation rubber support joint. The fireproof structure comprises an upper buttress, a lower buttress and a shock insulation rubber support mounted between the upper buttress and the lower buttress. The fireproof enclosure is arranged on the peripheral side of the shock insulation rubber support and comprises fireproof cloth and a plurality of frames arranged in parallel. According to the frames, multiple rods are connected end to end to define a closed structure, or a single rod is bent and connected end to end to define a closed structure. The fireproof cloth wraps the peripheral sides of the frames, and wrinkles concaved inwards are formed at the positions, between the adjacent frames, of the fireproofcloth. Connecting parts are arranged at the two ends of the fireproof cloth, and the fireproof enclosure is connected between the upper buttress and the lower buttress through the connecting parts ina closed manner. According to the fireproof enclosure, when an earthquake happens, deformation energy consumption of a shock insulation rubber support cannot be hindered, and the integrity of the fireproof structure can be kept.
