The invention discloses a building outer wall body. The building outer wall body comprises a hollow base plate fixedly installed on a building outer wall face. More than one row of wall bricks are arranged on the outer side face of the hollow base plate at equal distance. Gap cavities are formed between every two rows of wall bricks. A locking and limiting mechanism is arranged in each gap cavityin a filling manner. The locking and limiting mechanisms are fixedly installed on the outer side face of the hollow base plate and used for compressing the wall bricks on the two sides. Each locking and limiting mechanism comprises a supporting bar. A moving bar is arranged at the outer side end of each supporting bar. Inserting grooves are formed in the two sides of each moving bar correspondingly. A limiting bar is arranged in each inserting groove. According to the building outer wall body, when a concrete sealing layer is broken, the moving bars are pushed out automatically, the limiting bars on the sides of the moving bars limit the wall bricks, and falling of the wall bricks can be prevented. By the adoption of less concrete materials, the hollow base plate is utilized for achievingstrong fixing of the wall bricks, and the hollow base plate can be utilized for improving the heat-preserving ability of a building body.
