Multifunctional composite wall
The invention discloses a multifunctional composite wall. Docking grooves are formed in upper and lower end faces of a wall body in the length direction of the wall body; very two docking grooves construct one docking unit; every two docking grooves in each docking unit are formed symmetrically at an interval, and a cavity in the length direction of the wall body is formed in the interval; locating pieces are pre-buried in the wall body between the cavities and the docking grooves; one end of each locating piece is located in each docking groove; first through holes penetrating through the wall body are formed in inner walls of the docking grooves; reinforcing pieces are fixed to a beam or plate; notches matched with the locating pieces and second through holes in butt joint with the firstthrough holes are formed in the reinforcing pieces; and when the wall body is assembled on the beam or plate, the reinforcing pieces are inserted into the docking grooves of the wall body, the locating pieces are inserted into the notches, and the first through holes communicate with the second through holes. The multifunctional composite wall has the advantages of rapidness and easiness in fieldconstruction assembly, accuracy in locating and high connection strength with the beam or plate, and different wall body structures can be made according to different demands.
本发明公开了一种多功能复合墙,墙体的上、下端面上沿着墙体的长度方向开设有对接凹槽,每两个对接凹槽组成一个对接单元,对接单元内的两个对接凹槽间隔并对称布置,且在二者的间隔内设置有沿着墙体高度方向的空腔,空腔与对接凹槽之间且在墙体内预埋有定位件,定位件的一端位于对接凹槽内,对接凹槽的内壁上有一贯穿墙体的第一通孔;梁或板上固定有强化件,强化件上包括一条与定位件匹配的槽口,以及一个与第一通孔对接的第二通孔,当墙体装配到梁或板上时,强化件插入墙体的对接凹槽中,定位件插入槽口,第一通孔与第二通孔连通。本发明现场施工装配快速简单,定位准确,与梁或板的连接强度好,能够根据需求制作出不同的墙体结构。
