The invention discloses a pathogen detection system and a pathogen transfer method adopting the pathogen detection system. The pathogen detection system comprises a work room, a first detection bin, afirst conveying bin and a second detection bin, wherein the first detection bin, the first conveying bin and the second detection bin are connected in sequence, the first detection bin and the firstconveying bin are provided with a first detection bin hole a and a first conveying bin door a respectively, and when the first conveying bin door a is opened, the first detection bin communicates withthe first conveying bin. The second detection bin and the first conveying bin are provided with a second detection bin hole a and a first conveying bin door b respectively, wherein when the first conveying bin door b is opened, the second detection bin communicates with the first conveying bin. According to the pathogen detection system, by designing the special first conveying bin to be used forpathogen transfer, the situation that pathogens leak due to pathogen transfer between the first detection bin and the second detection bin can be avoided.
