The invention discloses a control method of a pull-in lock for a back door of an automobile. The control method comprises the following steps of S11, acquiring a full lock signal and a half lock signal related to a ratchet wheel and state information of a pawl and a pull rope, wherein the full lock signal means whether the ratchet wheel is separated to press a full lock micro switch or not in a ratchet wheel rotating process and the half lock signal means whether the ratchet wheel is separated to press a half lock micro switch or not in the ratchet wheel rotating process; and the state information of the pawl means whether the pawl is in a locked state or an opened state, and the state information of the pull rope means whether the pull rope is in a relaxed state or a tensioned state; andS12, controlling a locking driving motor to operate according to the full lock signal, the half lock signal and the state information of the pawl and the pull rope to lock the pull-in lock. The control method provided by the invention can avoid a problem that the pull-in lock of an electric back door with a snow load function cannot be pulled in to a full lock position automatically at a low temperature.
