The invention discloses a hole sealing method free of cleaning coal powder of a sealing section of a drilling hole. The method comprises the steps of firstly preparing a coal powder solidification material solution, and spraying the coal powder solidification material solution to the sealing section of a gas extraction hole by using high-pressure spraying equipment provided with a negative-angle nozzle to form a plurality of leakage hole wall depression areas; then uniformly spraying the coal powder solidification material solution on the surface of the coal powder in the sealing section of the gas extraction hole through an atomizing nozzle, so that the coal powder solidification material solution fully saturates the coal powder to form a compact solidified coal powder solidifying body; after the coal powder solidified body is fully solidified, performing primary hole sealing by using two groups of polyurethane hole sealing bags; and finally injecting liquid polyurethane through a grouting pipe, and completing the sealing process of the drilling hole after the polyurethane is completely solidified. According to the method, the coal powder can be solidified in the gas extraction drilling hole, so that the influence of the coal powder on the hole sealing of the gas extraction hole can be effectively reduced, the hole sealing quality is guaranteed, and the gas extraction effect is improved; and moreover, the collapse prevention capability of the gas extraction drilling hole can be improved.
本发明公开了一种免清理钻孔密封段煤粉进行封孔的方法,先制备煤粉固化材料溶液,采用装有负角度喷嘴的高压喷射装备将煤粉固化材料溶液喷射到瓦斯抽采孔密封段处,形成多个漏孔壁凹陷区;然后通过雾化喷头将煤粉固化材料溶液均匀喷洒在瓦斯抽采孔密封段内的煤粉表面,使煤粉固化材料溶液充分浸透煤粉,形成致密固化的煤粉固化体;待煤粉固化体充分固化后,采用两组聚氨酯封孔袋进行初步封孔;最后通过注浆管注入液态聚氨酯,待聚氨酯完全固化后,即完成钻孔的密封过程。本发明能将煤粉固化在瓦斯抽采钻孔内,从而不仅能有效降低煤粉对瓦斯抽采孔封孔的影响,保障封孔质量,提高瓦斯抽采效果;而且能提高瓦斯抽采钻孔的防塌陷能力。
