The castable is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 48 to82 parts of black aluminum sand, 11 to 22 parts of white corundum powder, 8 to 17 parts of alpha-alumina powder, 0.1 to 1 part of alumina fibers, 5 to 7 parts of cement, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of steel fibers and 1.0 to 1.8 parts of an additive. The invention further provides a preparation method of the prefabricated part. The invention also provides an application of the castable as a permanent liningmaterial of a ladle wall of a steel ladle. The alumina fibers are used as a microcosmic skeleton structure of a matrix, and the steel fibers are used as a whole macrocosmic matrix skeleton. The castable has high normal-temperature strength and high-temperature strength and excellent high-temperature breaking strength and thermal shock resistance, and the service life of the permanent lining of theladle wall of the steel ladle is obviously prolonged.
