By adding nitride whiskers and/or carbide whiskers, the strength and toughness of the silicon nitride ceramic substrate material are effectively improved, and the mechanical properties of the silicon nitride ceramic substrate material are effectively improved, so that the bending strength reaches 600-900 MPa, and the fracture toughness reaches 6-9.5 MPa.m < 1/2 >.
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,尤其是氮化硅陶瓷浆料用烧结助剂复合添加剂、氮化硅陶瓷浆料及其制备方法和应用,经加入无机烧结助剂,实现了有机体系与无机体系的准确混合,使得将其制备成氮化硅陶瓷基板材料后,其基板材料的强度高、热导率高,且热导率可达70‑160W/m·K。经氮化物晶须和/或碳化物晶须添加,有效提高了氮化硅陶瓷基板材料的强度和韧性,有效改善了氮化硅陶瓷基板材料的力学性能,使得弯曲强度达到600‑900MPa、断裂韧性达到6‑9.5MPa·m。
